To Cancel or Reschedule a Session
- Please click on the “cancel” link in your confirmation email** to cancel your session. You should see a web page asking you to confirm the cancellation. If/when you do, you should see a web page thanking you for letting us know.
**When you book a session with us, an email is automatically sent to the email address you provide. When you use the “cancel” link in it, the system automatically cancels your session and makes the time available for someone else.
- If you did not receive a confirmation email, or cannot find it, or if the above process does not seem to have worked, please fill out the form at the bottom of this page and submit it to us. Thank you!
- To reschedule, cancel your existing session, then book a new session using one of the links to the right.
- If you need to cancel within 24 hours of the start time of our session, please text me at 416-333-2900.
- Bookings cancelled less than 24 hours before the start time are subject to the usual fee, except in the case of illness or emergency.
- But if I receive a text more than 12 hours before the scheduled start time of the session, the normal cancellation fee will be waived. I will confirm receipt of such texts by replying “OK” between 10 am and 8 pm Eastern time.
